Foxes are inbred with dogs to create a variety of pelt colors in the pet trade. They are not for home habitation, they will have copious amounts of any excrement to excrete smells, this is to warn other foxes/predators of their territory. Regardless of domestication, foxes are high-energy and destructive which can make these species difficult to tend to.
